The seminar was formed by the Anton Trstenjak Institute in cooperation with many companies, as a response to a worrying challenge of employees growing old. We were driven by idea of successful, long-term and generations-friendly development.
During the seminar, participants are formed into groups by eight to ten. The seminar sustains of three classes in four-hour duration and of six hours of individual work. Every participant writes a paper on solving one example of management dilemma.
