Within the project SoGraP - Social Gradient Potential in Reducing Health Inequalities in the Elderly the manual, called Journal for healthy and active living with high blood pressure was published. The manual was used by members of discussion groups in Maribor, Loški Potok and Belgrade. It presents a variety of topics related to high blood pressure and healthy lifestyle. It includes instructions and materials for 10 meetings of discussion groups, tables and diagrams that allow monitoring and recording blood pressure, dietary habits and eight health indicators.
